A portrait bust of sorts - a skull-but-living sculpture, recycled clay and matt black glaze with some unglazed sections. He looks a bit puzzled but not unhappy to me, others have told me they think he is cheerful… I leave that up to your interpretation :) as a memento mori, or just sitting around on a shelf, I think he is pretty great. About 17cm high and 19cm front to back, like most of us he is a bit asymmetrical. I don’t think of that as a flaw, but the photos show right and left, front and back views so you know what you are getting if you want to buy him :)
